If you’re looking for a place where you or your family member can connect with others to learn, grow and develop or are looking for a safe, comfortable place away from home, Candice’s House offers all that and more.
With an array of interactive and engaging activities on offer, we extend tailored and individualised support to people with varying disabilities, as well the elderly who are looking to add something more to their lives.
Activities may vary across our different locations and aren’t limited to what’s listed below. Get in touch with us and we’ll gladly talk you through what’s on offer at each of the Candice’s House locations.
Join us for a variety of activities from low impact exercise groups to art classes and individually tailored experiences. Give us a call to see what's on offer at your closest house.
Sensory rooms are specifically designed to enhance all the senses, whether it be via visual stimulants, touch, sound or smell, the items on offer are carefully selected to assist in driving the development and retention of all senses.
Cooking brings people together, ignites our senses and teaches terrific skills that can be taken back into the home environment. It offers team work and it gives people pride in what’s being achieved. Ranging from basic cooking skills to more advanced ones, there’s options to suit all capabilities.
All our gardens start as a work in progress and are there for the community to make their own. With fruit and veggie patches, roses, ferns and even chickens; these gardens are here for the people to add their special touches to.
Whether you're a provider of aged care or disability support, are a health professional needing a room to practice from or someone looking for a space to run activities and/or events, get in touch and we'll gladly talk you through the options.
