What is the best way to contact Candice’s House and which hours are you available?
You can reach us on our national number 1800 226 342 that will connect you to our Head Office. For general enquiries this number is contactable Monday – Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

It is important to know that we look at each of the People We Support individually, and we will work with you to devise tailored support to meet your or your loved one’s needs. Any enquiry will be managed with the utmost sensitivity and will be held the strictest of confidence.
What kind of services do you provide?
It is our aim to ensure each person we support receives exactly what they need to enhance their overall lifestyle – we take the time to chat with each person individually to see which services they require and what supports best suit them.
Our Houses offer regular Health and Well-being Activities, Sensory Rooms, Community Gardens, Training Rooms, Cooking Groups, Respite and so much more.
Through our sister organisation Candice Care we also provide Disability Support and Aged Care Services – whether it is during your stay in one of our House or at any time in your own home, we’re there to help.
Where are Candice’s Houses located?
At this stage we have Houses with activities located on the Sunshine Coast, Newcastle, Warwick and Moree. It is our goal to keep expanding, with a focus on rural communities to ensure support reaches even the most remote places.
In addition to these Houses, we have accommodations for Respite/STA/MTA purposes available throughout Australia – just let us know where you’d like to stay and we will find the right place for you.

Funding and Payments
Is Candice’s House a registered provider?
Yes. Candice’s House is a registered NDIS provider.
Can I combine my funding packages and Fee-For-Service?
Yes. Candice’s House & Candice Care offer Fee-For-Service for those who would like to receive extra services and support outside of their NDIS/HCP plan. Fee-For-Service is also available for those who do not receive government funding.
How much do you charge for Supports and Services?
All our costs are in line with the current NDIS Price Guide, which you can find out more about here. We pride ourselves on being very transparent when it comes to pricing, as not all supports and services are outlined in this documentation. All costs will be approved in writing prior to commencing. Prices may vary depending on your location in Australia.

How qualified is the Candice’s House team?
Due to our partnership with Candice Care, Candice’s House has a large, qualified team of Candice Care team members ready to assist you.
As per Candice Care’s employment requirements, prior to commencing employment with us, each member of the team is required to undertake mandatory police checks, as well as Working with Vulnerable People, Elderly and Children checks. All team members are required to hold current First Aid & CPR certificates, and each Support Worker will have a minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent). Many of the team members have years of experience within the Ageing & Disability Support industry.
Candice Care's team members have been trained across a variety of clinical areas, meaning they are well-equipped to work alongside people with specific injuries such as spinal and brain injuries, or behavioural concern.
